We’re delighted to be playing at the first ever Arizona International Celtic Music and MicroBrew Festival, this weekend at the “backyard” of the Arizona State Fairgrounds! We’ll be on stage at 11:30 am and 2:30 pm on Saturday as Cinnamon Twist, and then Anne will be playing Sunday, also at 11:30 am and 2:30 pm, doing her favorite Irish Pub tunes. This promises to be a truly fun event, with music, dancing, bagpipes, and even a shepherding demonstration. The musical lineup includes the Brazen Heads, The Whiskey Rats, The Knockabouts, Traveler, Cinnamon Twist, Tramor, Iain Walinck, Rusty Bawls Show, Maschino School of Highland Dance, Maguire Academy of Irish Dance and Sister Ann’s Sacred Heart Trinity Irish Step Dancers. Your favorite Scottish and Irish fare like fish and chips, corn beef and cabbage, bratwurst (OK, so that’s German, but it’s a kissing cousin with haggis!), BBQ, and more, will also be available to purchase.
Plus of course, you get to sample your favorite microbrews! A portion of the admission fee will be donated to charities both days. We would love to see you there! www.arizonacelticmusicandmicrobrewfestival.com
